References in these reports to the resource potential of Nkamouna derive from a historical estimate with an effective date of 31 December 2010. That estimate has not been prepared or verified in accordance with subpart 1300 of Regulation S-K and should not be relied upon. A qualified person has not undertaken sufficient work to classify it as a current mineral resource, and ARM is not treating it as one.
Nkamouna is at the discussion stage. No mining permit has been granted in respect of the project, and no assurance can be given that one will be. Investment figures reported are indicative of a proposed phased programme and do not represent a committed financing.
